Which Daf are these for? The Club supplies parts to members, so it'd be worth joining if you're not already one, and many of us buy parts through Dafhobby in the Netherlands.
Hope this helps!

I think the writer has a 46.
Well I am bound to say that we, the DAF Owners Club is a good source, certainly for things like brake parts, drive belts, filters etc. As Andrew says, we also use DAF Hobby in the Netherlands.

Hi, I need parts for my "new" Daf 33, I think Dafhobby has most of them, but I am unsure how to pay Dafhobby. My credit card does not seem to work, how do forum members do it?

Im stugling to see the correct one for my 46 on dafhobby. Are they the same on other models through the daf range? Im sure there pretty close to beetle ones from memory. Trying to keeo cost down on it as ive 8 other cars on the go, so if i can modify other parts to suit i will.

I would suggest the easiest thing to do in the first instance, especially if you're not sure of part numbers etc, is to email our parts expert.
Simply email dafownersclub(at)Bolsover(dot)co(dot)uk and ask.
We're nice people. We don't shout or bite.
Just explain what you are looking for and for which model/year of DAF.
If/when buying things from DAF Hobby, the usual way of paying them is via direct bank transfer from your bank account to theirs. I don't think they "do" or encourage credit cards.
If you are not in a desperate rush for parts from them, then something else we do is to occasionally do a bulk order from the club to DAF Hobby.
But as I say, the chances are that we (the club) have what you need, so please ask - via email as above.

I have today sent off a membership application for the Owners club, so when it completes I will see about ordering through the club. I have already placed an order with Dafhobby for an engine gasket kit and some other bits to get me going. I think I forgot the chassis and engine numbers on the application form, is that important?

No, I don't think it's vital information. It's just nice to have for the record, type of thing. You can always let them know separately.

I have found for small transactions this is often less than IBAN BIC direct from the bank.

I CAN confirm that brake parts for drum braked British Minis fit Daf 33 cars, but CAN'T confirm if they'll fit Daf 44 or 46 cars. Again from a dimly recalled memory, Daf 44 & 46 cars have bigger brakes than the 33.

Again from a dimly recalled memory, Daf 44 & 46 cars have bigger brakes than the 33. Mini wont fit 44 sadly. 44 cylinders are shared with the NSU Prinz and BMW 2002 though.
