Hi Richard,
Thanks for another excellent magazine from you and the contributors.Quite enjoyed the used car test as it was on my first ever Daf whilst working for Benstead & Pidcock. From memory it had quite a lot of accident damage and we spent some considerable time repairing it to a high standard. We must have done a good job with the repair as the used car test did not find any sign of accident damage. The colour was a very pale green[can't remember the colour name].We owned it for a couple of years until our son came along when we had to revert to a larger car[Mk 2 Ford Consul].Haven't a clue who it was sold too but had obviously moved down to the London area.It always had a slightly unusual transmission noise but not too bad...............starider

Agreed with Starider, an excellent magazine, always with lots of good interesting articles, especially this months that about ethanol (ugh!). When I became aware of the new pump markings (Now a legal requirement), it seems that the government says "a minimum of 5%" and wants to eventually up it to 10%, so look for E5 or E10 in the circle Wish I could remember the internet sites, so I could share them.
