Is it ok to run my DAF33 on unleaded petrol or will it burn the valves & seats?

As a albeit not very heavy user of a 33, I can report that I use standard un-leaded - usually Shell, Jet, Esso etc as opposed to supermarket own brand, and supplement it with Castrol Valve Master.
It is important that you do use something like this (unless you go for a new machined head). You only have to put a small spot into the tank to mix with the petro.]
Also, once you use one make of additive, stick to it. This is because of potential chemical effects of chopping and changing.
So far, my 33 seems to trundle along quite nicely on this combination.

Thanks for the replies.
Rich; I'm not averse to a bit of light engineering work. have you any experience of how long it takes to burn out the valves / seats? Are suitable valves and seats readily available? Any likelihood of the unleaded fuel damaging pistons etc?
I think I would probably settle for additives in the short term and look out for a spare engine to refurbish in readiness.
Ed; How much per litre of petrol does the additive work out at?
Regards,
Pete.

Re the cost of the additive. Well, you put about a teaspoonful in for every ten litres! There is a built-in measuring device in the top of the bottle. I have had this bottle of additive for a few years now and can't remember how much it cost - maybe about £5!
So to answer your question, it works out at something like 0.1p per litre. Far cheaper (and easier) I would suggest than fitting or finding new heads, pistons etc. You can buy the additive from Halfords etc.
