This was parked outside my office all morning (my office being the one which is still a building site). It certainly caused a stir. A delivery driver paused to have a good look and received a tooting from an impatient car behind, who's driver ended up doing just the same. Funniest was a motorcyclist on a Honda C90 who did a double take and almost came off his bike. Passer-bys stopped to take photographs, it's just not the sort of car one expects to see in the square mile, but it certainly brightened up my morning.

it's just not the sort of car one expects to see in the square mile Maybe it's just me, but it's exactly the kind of thing I'd expect to see in the square mile. Bankers. ;D We're not all 'bankers' here you know! The car was parked in the insurance part of said square mile. We're used to seeing the odd Bently Continental, posh Mercs and the odd Porsche parked up, but this was certainly an unusual choice of car to be driving round these parts. From the look of the registration number and wearing my cynical hat I did wonder whether it had been parked up as an advertising tool, but then again like you say, it would have been better parked up where the banking area is, there's a bit more money in banking than there is in insurance. ;D

Where do you put the little sticky parking ticket if there is no windscreen?

I saw it again yesterday Joe and it does have a very small wind deflector. The ticket was adhered to it, good job it was not a windy day like today! ;D
