I have been informed to .day of the sad news that a fellow Dad owners club member and very valued friend and customer has sadly passed away. He has left arrangements for his recently restored Daf 750 to be donated to a motor museum in his name. If anyone has ideas as to best please message me asap. Thank you all.

I didn't know this gentleman. However if someone has knowledge and would like to provide a few words of obituary, then I can print in the next magazine which is due out in December. I would need the material by the end of this month.
Thank you.

Just noticed it was a David Miller from Atherstone, that bought WHK 573L (white 66 estate) from me, if it is the same guy than that's sad to hear he was a nice chap to deal with and did a great job of restoring the car. Could possibly explain why that car came back up for sale recently.

Yes that's the chap. I met him at Princethorpe and saw the car. He did a wonderful job on it. I think it was sold soon afterwards and is now with a new owner.
