Hi, does a DAF 44 steering/track rod end fit anything else or does anyone have a part number? All the motor factors I've spoken to haven't been able to help.
Thank you
Tom

Hi, just checking, I realise it's been a while, but did you get fixed up with a track rod end?

You used to be able to get Quintin Hazel track rod ends for DAF, I think I might even have a boxed pair somewhere??.I'm glad you have sourced some. I'm afraid my stay in hospital was the delay in replying before now. Tony.

The Quintin Hazel part number is QR1224RH (for the outers) and QR1224LH for the inners but don't seem to be stocked anywhere.

The new ones supplied are much bigger bodied than the standard ones, because my car was lowered I had an issue with the outer ones hitting the inner wheel arch. Wouldn't be a problem on a standard ride height car tho.
