I was asked by an ex colleague in Sainsburys today whether I would consider using one of my cars for their wedding. Apart from being completly taken aback I agreed to it. But the question burning in my mind is which one to use.
DAF is smarter but triumph is comfier. Although crucially its 4 door and has rear seat belts.
What do you think people?

Personally I'd go Daf, but probably best to offer both and see which they'd prefer?

I have offered both but at the moment hope they choose the DAF as it would be a LOT easier to get into a presentable state. For that matter even to get working ;D

Given that it's a wedding I would go with whichever one is most likely to behave the best.

You can get away with a two door wedding car. We did! (Just ignore that weird bloke in front). Although it did have the "height" so it meant you could step out of it - which 'newer' cars don't. This was a compromise - I tried to get a 60's Humber Super Snipe but got messed around - a company with lovely Morris Minor convertibles seemed too far away (and later I found out that they did cover my area Damn it!) So we settled for the above - owned and driven by a local chap who almost seemed as old! There wasn't a lot of knee room in the back either! (High Floor!).

Can anyone spot the tragic accident waiting to happen in that pic?
