Great to hear you've found a decent new home for your Dafs Matt. I will be in contact in a month or so to arrange a visit.

Hi Matt, Andrew and I had a wonderful visit to your new residence, and made friends with William ! . We saw enough spare parts to build almost all models of DAF ! I am sure i can now get my 33 going, I will get a shopping list up. See you again soon, especially with todays new rules !!! Bob.

Sounds good Steve and look forward to seeing the Volvo..
It certainly makes a difference being able to work on them without pulling them out of a building before..and no need to push them all about..😊

Glad you enjoyed your visit Bob and hopefully it will be again soon..
William will be cordoned off as we don't need him causing any issues..🐐🐐🐐..,I'm sure his owner won't want scratch repair bills..

I can't complain Steve..well I could but won't 😁..the new ED home is about as good as it gets..which you might agree when you visit..😉..
The last 2 barns were either cramped or damp and even the last barn was a place where no enjoyment working on the cars could be had..you can safely say I won't miss it..😁..

Glad all is back up and running at E/D (as far as Covid allows). I visited for the first time even before I owned a DAF, It was a day I will never forget. DAF's and Daffer's by the dozen, I was in heaven. I spent about an hour just sitting in the various cars, the smell and feel of each one was like a homecoming. Much tea and chat, even more mechanical shenanigans, and I knew my days as a man without a mistress were numbered. I have needed E/D's on many occasions since (a mistress can be demanding at times) and Matt has never been far away !
