Ok, as I've only joined up here again during the week I thought I'd reveal my little 33. She's 1970 and a 6 volt ( not sure what this will be like as I've never owned a 6v car before this ). Anyhow, I'm slowly getting her back to life and hopefully out on the road as it's been 5 years since I bought her and she was parked up for years and years before that.. Years and years is a technical term clearly. Similar to saying it's been parked up for yonks. It's actually been off the road that long she wasn't on the DVLNI system and I had to take her to an MOT station for them to check she was real. This week I have learned how to take the engine out due to a starting problem ( an evening's work so I thought that was ok for a beginner ) I have had her clutch shoes relined and I learned how to fit a rear crank seal today. Next up is to have a go at the front seal as the engine is out and then some tidying up of the ( used to be ) painted bits before I reinstall the powerplant. Anyhow I will update my adventures as I go along. Marty
