does anyone know the piston size for a daf 66 front caliper or what specific make the vw ones are that some have fitted?

Sorry. Can only tell you the rear cylinders are the same as a Metro. I freed off my front calipers and cleaned the pistons up.

If the DAF and Volvo 66 front calipers are the same I can supply brand new (not old and dry) , top quality, overhaul kits (no pistons though) These kits are made in the UK with modern materials that are happy with DOT4 brake fluid. (I can also supply brake master overhaul kits)
