Hey guys. Drove my new 44 yesterday but went to start this morning and when I press the accelerator she wouldnt move and just conked out. Anyone had this before?

Hmmm, interesting..... A few questions:
Did the car start and tick-over properly after it had "conked out"? Did you need to pull out the choke to start it and did this help it start? How much petrol's in the tank and how old (stale) is it? Do you have a an of EasyStart to hand?
If you can start the car, make sure the gear selector IS in neutral and see if the engine will rev without having to drive the wheels. If it does rev happily, switch the engine off, wait for the clutch to stop spinning, engage forwards, start the engine again and see if it will now drive the car forwards.
Let's try these few experiments first before we start taking anything apart or adjusting anything!
If you can't start the car, we'll start thinking about a "plan B"!

I have no idea what it was. I think I’m due a new battery though.
