Number stamped on chasis under wheel is not same as vin

Hi, ive had this truck 19yrs

. Moved france and it went for ct
.they looked at numbers stamped into the metal chasis of truck 11 digits
Not the same as on the plate riveted on the cab...the plate corresponds with papers but the ones on the chasis ive no idea..do not relate ? Its 2000 plate...so oldish
Does anyone know...no guessing please
