Good to see everyone on Sunday, glorious day, and a good venue.
Did the 66 a power of good to stretch it's legs, rather than the local runs it's been doing over the last few months. 172 miles in the day and only reported problems were a little oil used do to filler cap leaking a-little, and a metallic vibration noise between 55 and 65 but disappeared at 70.

Paul, Paula, and Harvey in their new DAF 44 better know on these web pages as Gladys (Ripley)
Alex and Steve arrived in a early 343 which had managed to avoid the attention of the local scrap merchants. (Leamington Spar)

I’ve put the location in where we all travelled from so for the next event at Princethorpe on 29th June, if you see someone who lives near you , you could contact them and arrange to drive down in convoy. We did this for the Autumn Frolic last year and it was a real hoot turning up in a convoy of 3 66 coupes.
Even is your DAF is not on the road, please try and come to some of the events, I did for the 3 years it took me to get the Barnsley Beast back on the road, and if I hadn’t It would still be in the garage.
