Great stuff, Eric! As you may know I'm making progress on my 33 "spares car" and it's nearly ready for its respray, so it's good to see what you've done - I'm heading in the right direction, although I have gone a bit overkill on the engine so it's nice and shiny! Be good when they're ALL back on the road!
Thanks once again for posting, and for your inspiration!
Howard

hi Howard,
i have not done anything engine bay wise but i might when its on the road (running restoration so to speak), i think with my car standing 25 years i better take the engine out to check the clutch shoes, so may need a set of those soon! LOL.
i did not take all the dents out that i should of on the body but i am going for an everyday use car so thats my excuse! LOL.
it took 3 days to paint the car in stages and i poisoned myself with the 2pack paint and have been quite ill, so if anyone is reading this and going to use 2k paint be aware that the isocyanate's stay in your blood for a long time! (i have been poisoned before so it was pretty bad this time!) everytime you get a little it stays with you.
about 5 hours after finishing the job i was close to being unconscious, the next stage is cardiac arrest!! its not nice!!
no antidote! just hope the oxygen helps if you go to hospital!
all this was on Sunday, i am still not 100% now and my sweat stinks like cat p**s!! LOL.
i will never use 2 pack again without a proper oxygen mask, my attitude of "ill be ok" does not work that well! LOL.
Best wishes, Eric.

That's one of the reasons I used celulose, Eric - still nasty stuff but not THAT nasty! Hope you feel 100% soon
