:)Hi everyone, I have at last made my mind up to convert my 33 into a pick-up, I realise there will be gasps and cries of shame,but we don't use our back seats and a truck will be usefull around our small holding.I have all the factory drawings for the pick-up so the conversion will be as accurate as possible the only problem will be the tail gate and rear lights.I have done one before so will have a good idea of construction.When I begin[in a month or so]there will be parts for sale,glass,boot lid,seat, etc.I will post these on the for sale site when I have stripped the car. starider. PS I still have the N/S door for a 44[F.O.C. plus postage]

Hi John,thanks for the idea,too much work!!Will let you have the photos of the process as it goes on.Have just got all the parts from Danny to get the 44 on the road,so will get on with the 33 conversion after that.Let me know if you want the conversion in installments or all together when I have finished the project. Hi Starider, the blue pick up on the home page started life as a normal saloon car, he welded on he parts from a very bad pick up, resuting in a very nice motor, so i say do it,
now that i have 5 minutes i will get you that cheque sent for that door!

Hi John.as soon as I start, I will begin to let you have pictures and commentary,I hope that the Editor of Belting Along will also take up the saga.I also understand that "Classic Van and Pick-Up" may be interested in the conversion as well. Will let you know when I begin,soon I would expect, as my job as seasonel sailing instructor is coming to it's conclusion.As soon as I cut off the roof I'm committed!!
