Tow bar 44/55

;)Hi,I am in the process of designing and making a tow bar for my 44.I can just about remember the design of the tow bars we used to fit in the late 60's and 70's.If my design works out it will only require 2 holes being drilled.It crossed my mind that there might be others with 44/55's who would like to fit a tow bar.I would be willing to produce a few if requested.I believe with the metal,fittings,welding,paint and a bit of labour,I could"do" a tow bar including p+p for £65 each.Anyone interested.let me know.The t/bar will be suitable for the average camping/light weight trailer. starider.

Hi, have finished my towbar, so it's too late to order one now as I will not be able to make to use the original as a pattern and use the car for trial fitting.If anyone at a later date wants to make one, I can give sizes and rough drawing. starider.
