Well this is going to be my track car, a fast Daf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D It dose not look to bad in the ohotos but the drivers cill and front and rear screen surrounds are shot to bits along with lots of little bits. Tucked away in its new home The big garage is still a work in progress thats why there is cement and mixer and things in it.

Future plans are uprated suspension front and rear all worked out just need to do it. vented discs with Mazda rx7 Ali four pots on the front. Volvo 340 rear drums 4 stud conversion all round 15x7 Ali wheel and bigger tyres stripped out to save a few kg's Engine will be either a 1.4 volvo lump tuned or a Renault K7M 1.6 tuned not made up my mind yet. just trying on for size so what do you think.

I'll pretend to understand! What a project. And I'm liking the wheel arch extensions already. Good luck!

Those arches will look great Stefan, you've done a good job tweaking them to fit. They make the 66 look much more muscular and I'll look forward to seeing what boots you'll be fitting to fill those arches.

Hi Stef,
Assuming you don't want your back end (yours, not the Daf's!!) to be sliding around when you take her on the track, will you be fitting some more suitable racing seats?
The reason I ask is that your seats are the same fabric as Matt's daily runner, Animal (as seen on the 'North meets South' thread). Matts are looking very tired and if you were replacing yours, then Matt would be quite happy to have a deal with you for them. Let me know if you're interested and I will speak with Matt as it is difficult for him to post on the forum.
Thanks
Pete.

I may be able to help you with the turbo Stef. Once I have the 5GT up and running and know my one is good then I have a couple of spares.

As long as it's not mid seventies (or later) Triumph metal - it'll fall apart by next week if you use that stuff

They look great, are you going to leave them Green or paint them up in bright Dutch Racing Orange?
